    Did not send coins to your account

    I paid for the purchase of coins. Money was written off and a receipt for payment came, but the coins were not credited to the account.

    Wrote in the Support, but they are silent there. What to do?

    I can see your support ticket was received. We will look into it, but please note that for support tickets in relation to gold purchases are usually answered within 24 hours.
